Driving is a Privilege

Driving is a Privilege You Can Lose

Many people believe they have the "right to drive."  They are mistaken, however.  Driving a motor vehicle is privilege, not a right protected by law.  You can lose your driving privilege for disobeying the traffic laws of the State of Missouri.  This means you can lose your license because of points.  Also, if your license is suspended in Missouri, you lose your driving privilege in other states, as well. You should always try to protect your driving privilege and your license with the assistance of an attorney who specializes in traffic law.

We are St. Louis traffic ticket lawyers who can help you with your Missouri traffic tickets.
